Parent Teacher Conferences are an important piece of the communication regarding your child’s academic and social-emotional progress at school. Please plan on booking a parent-teacher conference with the teacher(s) of your child(ren). There are also time blocks available for meeting with school administration. 

Grade K - 12 Parent Teacher Interviews - Thursday November 17th, 2022

Our online scheduling application can be accessed through the link in this letter, or through the link found on Trochu Valley School’s webpage, under Quicklinks. Our event code is 37f2u  Please book all interviews by 10am on Nov. 17th, after that time the booking system will be shut off.

Steps to registering and booking conferences: 

1. Use the following link to access the online booking site

1. Follow the directions as they appear on the screen. You will be required to enter your name, your email address and a contact number that you can be reached at. You will choose whether you would like a PHONE interview or an IN PERSON interview. Our preference is an in-person interview, but we understand that in-person is not always possible. 

1. You will enter the names of your student(s) and then be able to select which teachers you would like to have a conference with and the times for those conferences.

1. You will receive a confirmation email with a summary of all of your bookings. If you don’t receive one, it is always a good idea to check your spam folder.
